For organizers of receptions, charity balls and company events we offer a modern and professional service. We will set up before your guests arrive and then photograph them in their finery up to the serving of dinner. We will photograph each table during the meal and all pictures will then be displayed on large screen monitors at the completion of the food/auctions/speeches. If a digital projector is being used as part of your event it is also possible to produce a “best of the night” slideshow – usually a very popular and fun way to end the formal part of the evening. We can also take PR pictures of your event and make these available to the organisers. We pay £1 per order received to the organizers, which at a large event can provide a significant donation – as well as a beautiful and lasting memento for your guests.
